Retro City Rampage originally sprang to life as Grand Theftendo before becoming its own thing, and in its over half a decade of life, it has gone through several incarnations. The original game was a modest hit on last-gen consoles, while the enhanced edition combined everything that made it work and offered off new improvements. It’s been released on just about everything – including mobile devices, and will be coming to the Switch soon. In a surprisingly move, the port was just announced and it will be heading to the Switch on August 3. The game’s successor, Shakedown: Miami is still set for a release, but anyone who hasn’t played the original game can do so for $14.99 next week.
